Jake was born in Duarte, California and has been living in Las Vegas for over 25 years. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences at the University of Nevada Las Vegas.

Prior to obtaining his master’s in physician assistant studies at University of Nevada School of Medicine he worked as a medical assistant and medical scribe in several surgical offices, including orthopedics, throughout the Las Vegas valley. After obtaining his board certification, he obtained his Doctorate in Medical Science from Butler University. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys martial arts and weight training.
